Our products are “Risk Free”, “Worry Free” and we “Ship Free” for all orders over $50. There are some reasonable conditions associated with these claims, they are:

Risk Free
Yes. If you don’t like our product or it isn’t what you expected then you can send any product you purchased back to us for a full, no-questions-asked refund. Please be aware that you have to pay the shipping cost, you must send it within 30 days of purchase, you are responsible for packing it in such a way that it arrives intact and the product must have been purchased directly from our KantoAV.com website. Any returned products must contain all original packaging and contents. Please remember to include a copy of the proof of purchase as well.

Worry Free
Yes. Our mounts work with all common flat panel TV’s. If you have any questions about your TV then please feel free to call us and ask at: 1-888-848-2643 (we’re usually done with chores and ready to go between 9AM and 6PM PST although we do try to make sure a human answers anytime you try to call us). We designed our mounts so that the average person could install them. Read the instructions carefully and be patient and you can do it. However, installing a TV on the wall might require you to change your electrical connections. If you are going to do this we recommend you employ a certified electrician. Our HDMI cables just work, end of story. They’re solid. They do everything that all other HDMI cables do, they just don’t cost as much.

Ship Free
Yes we do ship free for all product orders over $50 but unfortunately our resources are limited so we can only cover North America (Canada & the 48 continental US States), excluding Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico. We know, Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico always seem to get the blunt end of the stick when it comes to shipping so here’s what we’ll do, we’ll knock $10 off the price of any order (orders over $50) if you live in one of those places (actually if you live on the North Shore of Maui we might deliver it by hand, for free).

Please note that all product pricing on this website is in US Dollars. If you buy from the US then we will not charge you state sales tax. If you buy within Canada we will charge the appropriate Provincial sales tax.
